The Search for Visual Identity

At Picovian, we believe that first impressions are lasting. That's why choosing our visual identity was a careful process full of debate (and a few laughs!).

Carl, the novelty and weirdness-loving Canadian, wanted a teal with a touch of vibrant teal. "It's a rare color in the market, it will make us stand out!", he argued enthusiastically. Victor, the Brazilian connected to his roots, defended orange with fervor. "Orange is energy, it's sunrise!", he countered passionately.

And what happened? Carl actually loves orange. In fact, it's the color of his hair! But, as an experienced designer, he knew it would be a challenge to fit it into the user interface naturally. Victor, in turn, hated the idea of green.

Days of debate followed. We tested the colors on different screens, discussed color psychology, and even invoked the opinions of friends and family (which, of course, only made things worse!).

In the end, common sense (and perhaps a bit of fatigue) prevailed. Teal, without the subtle touch of green that Carl wanted so much, was chosen. And, to tell the truth, it looked amazing!

Now the Logo

Creating the logo was another adventure. We wanted something simple, memorable and that represented the Picovian essence.

After countless ideas and drafts, we arrived at a design that combines the "P" of Picovian with elements that refer to technology and growth. The result is a modern, clean logo that conveys our message clearly and objectively.

In the end, what matters is that our visual identity reflects who we are and what we do. We believe that the teal and the Picovian logo fulfill this mission with flying colors, conveying our passion for digital, our pursuit of innovation and our commitment to connecting companies and people to the future.
